概览
根据模块类型,该设备配备外部编码器接口,可连接工业级增量式及绝对式编码器。编码器接口可配置为增量式、SIN/COS或绝对式SSI编码器。
还可将2路增量式信号生成传感器(如接近开关)接入SDU模块的计数输入端。每个传感器信号均需接入正相信号+反相信号(差分信号)的方式读入。
- 编码器系统的供电电源,必须取自从站模块的专用供电端子。该路供电电压将直接接入编码器接口,并由模块的内部诊断机制执行实时监测。
- 当传感器采用外部电源供电时,则该供电电压必须经由编码器插头接入。从站模块上的对应端子(编码器供电电压)需做悬空处理。
- 若外部传感器电压供应未通过编码器插头循环回流,则该路供电的各类故障均须纳入整套系统的故障排查范畴。当系统额定工作电压欠压/过压时,需保证该供电故障可被检测或风险可被排除。
- 必须遵守电磁兼容防护措施,如线缆屏蔽处理等。
两路编码器之间必须做到完全互不干扰。此项要求同时适用于电气部分和机械部分。
若两路编码器通过共用机械部件与被监测设备相连,则连接结构必须采用刚性连接,且不得包含易磨损部件(如链条、齿形带等)。若实际应用中无法规避此类易损件,则需为传感器的机械连接增设监控功能(例如对齿形带监测)。若系统启用主动位置处理功能,则至少需配置一个绝对值编码器。
当使用两个同类型传感器时,必须确保将分辨率较高的传感器配置为传感器1(主检测传感器),而分辨率较低的作为传感器2(参考传感器)。
使用绝对编码器时需遵循以下规定:
- 在从站模式下,时钟信号由外部设备产生,并由SAF模块与数据信号同步读取。此类读取方式会产生读数节拍偏差,并造成如下读数误差:
- F=(外部系统读取编码器耗时[ms]/4[ms])* 100%
由此产生的读数误差 F,在为所用监测功能设定阈值时必须纳入考量,该误差无法通过任何方式补偿!
